Great experience with professionally nice people

My son was impressed with dentistry staff, doctor and assistant during his visit. He mentioned that you have better equipment compared to the other dentistry offices that he went to previously. Only thing as new patients we didn’t get any “New Special “ as advertised on the board at the entrance door. I will like to know what kind of “New Special” Thanks 😊

I had a great experience at the dentist today. I went in today with some anxiety and they put me right at ease.

I just moved to the area and started having tooth pain. I called Dentists of Palm Bay and they gave me an appointment for the same day! The staff was welcoming and up front of the cost associated with the procedure. The Dentist & her Assistant were great! I would recommend Dentist of Palm Bay! ******

So wonderful!! Last new dentist sold me an Invisalign “bite guard” for $500 that I found out today isn’t a bite guard and told me I had cavities I didn’t have. That won’t happen to you here!! Everyone was super nice and everything was very above board. They are definitely new dentists!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Dentists of Palm Bay! Last year, while I was visiting from out of town, I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in right away. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They clearly explained every step of the process, what my treatment would involve, and worked with my insurance so I knew exactly what would and wouldn't be covered. There were absolutely no surprises when it came to the cost. I saw Dr. Dylan Grayban, and he was outstanding. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. This year, while visiting again, I was able to schedule a cleaning with very little wait. My hygienist, Ella, was wonderful! She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing throughout the appointment, including her findings and recommendations. During the visit, I learned there are different levels of cleanings, some of which aren't fully covered by insurance. Once again, the front office staff took the time to explain my options and let me know the cost before moving forward, so I could make an informed decision with no unexpected charges. Every person I've interacted with at Dentists of Palm Bay has been exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though I'm from out of town, they've consistently made me feel like a valued patient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office that provides excellent care, honest communication, and outstanding customer service.

Not a long wait, the hygienist (Miranda) was super, the equipment is top-notch (Miranda was a smooth & efficient operator), the billing info "going forward" was the only downer ... A very nice, comforting clinic ... But, I cannot afford it ...

My experience was good friendly people

I had the WORST pain in my entire life and also pregnant, I ended up having 2 infected teeth that had to be pulled out the ladies at the office worked with me and helped me with information but most of all got me right in the next day so I wouldn’t be in pain anymore I had the best experience at the dentist of Palm Bay even the dentist who pulled my teeth out was very nice lol I’m just very satisfied with how everything worked out and how they got me in so quickly and how nice they were with me when I was in the office I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist any day !! Thank you so much for helping me it means the world not to have to sit here in pain the way I was thank you !!!

I had a tooth that was causing me some pain, they got me right in and took care of it. The staff is very professional and they all seem like they're nice people.

I really appreciate the staff for allowing me to be seen after my dental hygienist wasn't available. They had someone cancel which gave me the opportunity to have my teeth clean without having to reschedule. Again thank you so much. .

I think they were totally awesome. They gave me personal attention. They explained everything that was questioned. They wanted to make sure that I was OK with what was going on. They never pushed a single thing on me and they explained every single thing whatsoever I would recommend them to anybody that’s looking for a great Dentist. This is my opinion. I normally don’t give five star. I’ll give you four star because nobody’s perfect but these people earned five star all the way.

Everyone is so nice and helpful!

I didn’t set a new year goal because I find those silly . But a month before the new year, I was beginning to feel tooth pain. A pain I am familiar with and have just put off the need to go. So I set an appointment up in December, and figured I’d sissy out by then. My fear of dentists and needles and not so great offices has turned off going as a postive . But I am almost 30 now and I think it’s time to do something about it and at least try to find a doctor that will listen to me and be honest with myself and plans an over all oral hygiene information. I never saw myself be brave to get into a chair as I did today to recieve two crowns. I even fell asleepajority of the time . They take great care of their customers and I’m so satisfied and happy to have found a dentist will continue to go to .

From the receptionists to Denise, Dr Sarah's assistant, everone was friendly. Dr Sarah took her time to explain everything and didn't push me into making a decision in the moment. Awesome group!

I just love this office. And this is coming from someone whose first visit was to get a tooth extracted. From my first call in order to set the appointment, to my visit and all the little moments in between the Dental Office of Palm Bay treated me with the upmost care. (Their assistant at the front desk was very helpful as well.) Needless to say, they will definitely be my new appointed dental office of choice. P.s... the office being kept very nice, clean and their high- tech machinery were bonuses. Thank you all so much.

You can always tell a great hygienist by whether or not they get your trouble spots without you mentioning them. Miranda was awesome! I will definitely go back. I think the layout of the exam rooms is strange though to have everything behind the patient is a little jarring.

They're are decent. Obviously nobody likes the dentist but at least they make it less unenjoyable and they are professional and competent. Their prices are fair. They aren't the cheapest or the most expensive. They sit in the middle but you really don't want the cheapest in anyone you seek any service from.

The staff and the doctor was wonderful.i had to have a tooth pulled and the doctor made sure that I was not in any pain and explained everything with explaining how much it was going to cost. This is now my favorite dentist office.I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends

Each staff member that I interacted with was warm and courteous. I feel confident moving forward with the plan set out as far as treatment, and my concerns over the options for how the treatment could be paid for we're wonderfully explained.

Was actually the best experience I have had at a dentist ever. They are the most polite group they work together to the point where it's a smooth process. I had a tooth extraction an I don't like the novacaine part of it ever they where talking to me by the time I knew it the doctor already used 3 things of novacaine I didn't even feel the first one. Then before I knew it tooth was out an the doctor was telling me to make a follow up for the next couple teeth coming out. Highly recommend them they are awesome. Thank you guys.
